Study Happy: a successful peer mental health mentor project

Our mental health peer mentors – Astrid, Daniel, and Eleanor – created and distributed 240 “study happy” bags to S5 and S6 pupils at Alva Academy, to help get them through the prelim season unstressed. Each bag contained a bath bomb, hot chocolate, an eco pen, and a notebook with a positive slogan, as well as a link to the page they created on the OYCI website full of tips and resources to help you study.
